Our Return Policy at Sportzgear gives you a full 30 days to return your item from the date of receipt. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and if for any reason you're not, we're here to find the best solution for you.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging and with all tags intact. Items that have been used or damaged may not qualify for a full refund.

How to return an item:

Contact us using the contact form on our website with your order number, pictures of the item and the reason for return. Wait for approval from our customer service team — we will review your case and find the best solution for you. Once approved, you will receive clear instructions on the next steps to complete your return.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 days of receiving and approving your returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
